Our villas, located within walking distance of IZTECH, are rented to university students during the education period. You can contact us for accommodation opportunities in private rooms in our homes, which have regular cleaning and free fiber internet, and reserve your place with affordable prices and monthly payment options. As Vilurla, we make it easier for students studying at IYTE to rent houses on our holiday site and find roommates, thanks to our wide marketing network. Our prices include weekly cleaning and fiber internet, and electricity and water consumption is paid by the students staying at home.
Room Options
Our houses are designed as 3+1 and consist of 1 room on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the upper floor. The downstairs room comes with single or double occupancy options. The room with bathroom on the upper floor is for single occupancy, and the economic room on the upper floor is for single occupancy.

Each house has private common areas other than its rooms, and these common areas are used by the students staying in the house.

Sitemiz çevresi 7/24 güvenlik kameraları izlenmekte ve kayıt yapılmaktadır.
Konaklayan her vatandaşın Yerel Emniyet Birimi ile kimlik bildirimi yapılmaktadır. Evlerimizin hepsinde yangın söndürme tertibatı, duman ve gaz sensörü tertibatları bulunmaktadır.
Temizlik
Evlerimiz, bünyemizde bulunan daimi temizlik ekibimiz ile haftalık periyotlar ile temizlenmektedir. Gelen kişilere çarşaf yastık ve yorgan temin ediyoruz. Arzu eden öğrenciler kendi çarşaf ve yorganlarını getirebilirler.
